RezLynk What happens to your data? Deleting your account removes your profile, profile photo and verification uploads. RezLynk keeps only the records still needed to identify the parties, explain approvals and project decisions, account for payments, or deal with complaints and legal claims. These records stay separate from any new account you create with the same email.
Access to retained records is restricted to authorised RezLynk staff. The other project party keeps access to their shared project records. We review retained information and remove or anonymise it when it is no longer needed.
